Vivian is highly experienced organisational development consultant, facilitator and coach. She has exemplar skills and knowledge in designing and facilitating organisational change, culture and leadership. Her competitive advantage is her ability to leverage knowledge in neuroscience, psychology, organisation behaviour and her extensive consulting, business & psychotherapy experience. She is a trained psychotherapist, family therapist and social worker with further qualifications in organisational behaviour and a Masters of Business.

Vivian’s expertise is in building neuroscience informed organisational cultures, high performing teams and leadership capabilities that motivate people to reach their potential and use their emotional intelligence. Vivian supports a culture of empowerment through knowledge, awareness and applications of skills. Vivian works as part of the NeuroClinic team providing coaching, therapy and group work and is the lead consultant in the NeuroOrg team.

She has worked in corporate, government, retail, finance, and manufacturing sectors. Clients include, DHL, Toll, The Age, Qantas, Woolworths, Victoria Police, Austin Health, Racing Victoria, City of Yarra, Boeing, Western Water. Vivian has held management roles in People and Culture, Leadership & Development, Marketing Manager, Sales & Operations, Retail Staff Development & ERP/SAP Change Manager. She is a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (MAASW) and is a member of the International Association of Applied Neuroscience (MIAAN) and Australian Human Resources Institute(AHRI).
